Question: How do you break a bad habit!?!!?!!?
I bite my nails, and I have tried to stop it, but all attempts have failed!. I am desperate, how do I stop!?!!?!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bite your nails is all in your mind, maybe you bite it when you are nervous and you dont even know you are or why!.!.
Ask you doctor about it, they will not give you any medicine because like i said THAT IS ALL IN YOUR MIND!.!.
but it is not that hard to stop biting your nails, you just have to try it, then you'll see the result!. just give it a few more days!

It is probably a nervous thing yer!!!? So its pointless trying to solve it with horrible tasting stuff as im sure people will recomend!. Instead solve the problem that makes you bite your nails e!.g!. anxieties!. Its probably also working in a cycle!.!.!.!.Something gets you anxious so you bite your nails which in turn makes you even more anxious and so on so solve the problem at the source, whatever that may beWww@Answer-Health@Com
put glue on ur nails!.!.lol!.!.how bad would that suck if u went to bite ur nails and ur lips got stuck!.!.!.ok maybe thats a bad idea !.!.u could wear one of those collar things like dogs!.!.hmm!.!. would be kinda hard to drive and stuff!.!.!.i donna know just hold stuff in ur hands so u will realize when u are puttin stuff down to go and do it!?!.!.!.=)Www@Answer-Health@Com
i used to do the same thing!. it was real ugly!. my mom eventualy put tobasco sauce on my nails when i would sleep!. it broke that habit real quickWww@Answer-Health@Com

my mum painted my nails with some stuff called bitter aloes, she bought it from our local chemist!. but it was several years ago!. It worked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
