Back pain???!


Question: Back pain!?!?!?
This morning at school i suddenly got strong back pains!. I've had it since then to now!. The day before I did russian twists (ab work out) with dumbells so basically it was a pretty intense workout, so could that have been the reason for back pains!? Any ways to reduce the pain and could've been the reason for it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, yes you very likely stressed out your back with the excercise you mentioned!.!.!. The remedy is to not do anything to aggravate it, and rest!.!.!.
Try 1000 Milligrams of Ibuprophen and if you have access to a jacuzzi, by all means get in it and have the jets flow on your low back!.!.!.
Also a massage will help !.!.!.
If you decide to do these excercises again, make sure you stretch real good, and do half of whatever you did this time!.!.!.and ten gradually increase your reps!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you may have pulled something or pinched a nerve!. Make sure you a stretching regularly and do some very low impact warm ups in the morning!. Take some ibruprofen with food every 4-6 hours and you should be okay in a few days!. If pain continues or gets worse, seek the advice of a medical professional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
