without knowing what type of person your boyfriend is it's hard to say!. however, there could be many reasons!. you'll have to decide what fits most i guess!. here are the first few things that popped into my mind !.!.!.
depression - this can cause a person to sleep a lot (or not enough) and lose their appetite (or overeat)!. it also causes a lack of interest and difficulty in enjoying normal everyday things!.
sickness - there could be some sort of underlying medical condition of an organic nature, rather than a mental one!.
drugs - particularily opiates (oxycontin, heroin, etc !.!.!.)!. they can cause a person to be sleepy (nodding out) and if he is using then he sure isn't going to have an appetite, but opiates do cause a craving for sweet things like candy!. however, there are many, many other 'red flags' for drug use so keep an eye out on his overall behavior if this is your suspicion!.
hope this helps!. and remember these are just the first few things that popped into my head!. it could be anything !.!.!. some people really just do need a lot of sleep!. so take note on whether this is something that just started happening or if it's been a long term pattern!.
good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
