i had bronchitis when i was young and it was sooo bad i used to have fever coz of it!.!. so my doctor gave me a medicine than lets the mucus get out of the lungs and that is to get rid of the annoyin dry cough!.!.the medicine's name is mucusolvan (hope i wrote it right ) just check it i in the pharmacy!.!.
besides medication i have an advice !.!. boil water and be careful to keep the cap closed!.!.!. then when it boils open the cap and breath the evaportaion of the water !.!. this way the evaporation will melt the musuc in the lungs !.!. hope you understood what i mean!. and practice sports and hehe i know i will look a bit funny but laughin alot will help :P:P beleive me :P

If you have a bad case, you might need antibiotics!. If your chest hurts when you cough, you need to call your doctor immediately!.
Also, find the root of your sinus problems!. Post nasal drip is probably causing the congestion in your chest!. Sometimes it is because of allergies!. Talk with your doctor!. He or she can prescribe allergy medicine that will get rid of the sinus issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
