What's wrong with my foot!?!

Question: What's wrong with my foot!!?
Sometimes, my foot cramps up, and I don't know why! It's been like that, and I've gotten used to it, and it's okay, but I'm just wondering what gives!!? I mean, it's an off-and-on thing, and I can still walk, and do whatever, but I'm just wondering what's wrong!? It doesn't hurt much, and it's just like a cramp in my foot!. I can walk, run, or do whatever, but why does it cramp up sometimes!? Also, it's only my left foot, at the top!. And, usually it goes away after about 5 or 10 minutes!. What's wrong, though!? And I don't cramp it up myself, it does that by itself! Please help, I really would like to know!. I'm fine, though, I'm just really wondering what gives!?! But I am OKAY!.!.!. it's just a little cramp in my left foot that comes off-and-on! Thanks!

Your body is lacking liquid, try to stay hydrated all the time and you need potassium and calcium!. Bananas are good source of potassium and one banana/day will give you enough for a daily requirement for calcium use dairy!. spend 10-15 mins outdoor in sun light to get natural vitamin D!. Reduce coffee, tea and coke intake and replace with water and make sure you are drinking enough water approx 3 litters/day!. Do some stretching exercise before you go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mrs!. Jonas - I can't say definitively, but it could be related to your sciatic nerve, a nerve that runs from your spine, through your pelvis and down your left leg!. I also have cramps in my left foot and it has been diagnosed as a kind of sciatica!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you are you have a vitamin deficiency!. or it could be the type of shoes you are wearing!. if it bothers you or you are concerned you should see a dr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Supplement your diet with calcium, magnesium, potassium, or zinc, or eat foods rich in those nutrients because tight muscles cannot release without these substances in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's hard to say unless a person can see your feet , I can only guess !.
My guess is that either your feet are flat , meaning that if you go bare foot , your arch of your feet touch the floor , which put stress on your foot !.
If this is true , you need to get orthotics , they are insterts a foot doctor makes to put in your shoe to suport your arch , which is importaint , because if you have flat feet , it can cause bunions , and even knee problems !.

The second thing it could be , is that your arch in not flat , but too high , that could also cause your foot to cramp , which can again be corrected with orthotics (inserts in your shoe )

Go to a foot doctor for help , especially if your feet is flat , if they are flat you can damage your feet over time !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
