Question: Can singing cause puss on tonsils, or am I getting some kind of virus!?!?!?

It doesn't really hurt when I sing and I have training, so I think I sing pretty correctly, my speaking voices is very throaty though and I've been talking a ton lately!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I don't fee sick at all and my throat is just a LITTLE sore!.!.!.!.!.!.I have two puss pocket things on my left tonsil only though, PLEASE HELP@!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
