Question: I feel REALLY SICK what can this be!? HELP!!!!?

i keep vomiting
i have diareah
my stomach hurts in the
admonial part
and so does my lower back
once in a while i feel like i get stabbed
in the back
my eyes are a bit red they feel hot and burn
i don't feel like doing nothing but laying down
