Which is healthier - smoothies (with all the fruit in) or juices (with the pulp !


Question: Which is healthier - smoothies (with all the fruit in) or juices (with the pulp left over)!?
Answers:
I would go with the smoothies!. I have one of those smoothie makers that is just a blender with a tap on it!. Every smoothie I make has a small glass of milk, glass of ice cubes and a banana as a base!. Then I throw in whatever is left over in the fruit bowl!. Works a treat!.
