A stethoscope, is a tool doctors use to check your heart rate and stuff, yes it is cold on your body because it is cold compared to your body heat, also because it has a ring of metal!. No it does not hurt, the doctor only holds in on your chest, for like 1min ,and all you feel is cold!.

Edit: They take your blood pressure, by this thing that goes around your wrist, and sqeezes it, it kind of hurts!.
And when they "draw" blood, its by taking a blood test, its a needle, that is put on the other side of you elbow ( under arm ), yes this hurts, at least for me!.:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The round thing is the bit that touches you, the white looking things go in the doctor's ears!. It's cold because it's made of metal, but most dctors would keep it somewhere it'd be warm or would breath on it or something!. It doesn't hurt at all!. Just a bit of metal, doesn't even go inside you!. It's for listening to your heart and soetimes other things, but mainly your heart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seriously, you need to get out more!.!.!. a stethiscope looks like a round little block of metal they place on your chest so the doctor can hear your breathing and heartbeat!. Drawing blood doesn't really hurt but for a second!. they just stick a needle in your finger and get a little drop of blood on this little card thingy to make sure you are healthy!. a stethoscope has two tubes that connects to a metal disk!. The tubes go into the doctors ears and the disk goes onto your chest where your heart is so they can listen to your heart beat!. It does not hurt at all!. It is cold because it is made of metal!.
