Insomnia help???!


Question: Insomnia help!?!?!?
What the best way to try and help insomnia!. I have treid to no caffiene after a certain time, the warm bath, milky drinks etc and still you can guarantee I will see 3 or 4 am!. I dont want to go down the chemical road unless I really have to!. Does Nytol and things like that actually work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello you have to go for a walk exercise a bit more and have your bath before going to bed tire yourself out a bit mor like in the garden for an hour or so weeding and being out in the fresh air helps also gets the heart and the blood flowing,hope this helps!?if not see your GP take careWww@Answer-Health@Com

I suffer from insomnia myself >!.<
I find sleeping pills dont help what so ever so dont use them!. nytol in particular!. Im using atm and so far ive sleep even less and started vomitting o!.o'
Try totally nackering yourself out by exercising or something
or maybe read a book which is boring, the more boring you get the more tired :3
Or the best one is music!.

stay away from caffiene if its that bad try and take the day off work to catch up on your sleep during the day all that stuff never worked for me but i eventually got my sleep pattern back to normalWww@Answer-Health@Com

well my husband has had this problem to but nothing seems to work so you may need to see a doctor and have your doctor prescribe you with some strong sleeping pillsWww@Answer-Health@Com
