I like food too much. Help!?!


Question: I like food too much!. Help!!?
I like food!. I eat until im sick then when i feel i can just barely eat another bite, i stuff my face again, until im back to 'about to get sick' feeling!.!.whenever i tell anyone about it they say its easy not to eat,just dont do it; and i just like food too much! its making me fat people help!! =] thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

i'd think you best to see a doctor to rule out anything serous, then i think you should cut out all junk food - i think you addicted to the taste, it doesnt help you being around it all day you have to go cold turkey - no food thats unheatlhy for at least 4 weeks then introduce 1 thing back at a time

you then replace them with 3 healthy meals a day, you could ask your drs to do think with you but basically something like
breakfast 2 wholemeal peices of toast or bran flakes or porrige

lunch :tuna salad,or tuna pasta, or egg salad, or chicken wrap, small jacket potaote with 1/2 tin beans

dinner would be something like: homemade speggi bolanise, or fish or stir fry

any other times you was hungry you can snack on as much fruit, and salad as you like drink plently of water this helps you feel fuller as well as being good for you!.

also try excersising it's brilliant start by walking every day for 30 mins, - it helps beat drepresson too

try a new hobby such as take up knitting or something to keep you busy and you mind off snacking!

Sometimes the more you eat the more hungry you feel especially if you eat alot of junk food which can be quite addictive!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Just try to eat until you are not to full and eat healthy snacks like fruit and nuts!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Drink plenty of water because it is a fact that often when we feel hungry we are actually thirsty!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. :-) food is good and its good you enjoy it but just try to enjoy it in healthy moderation (also make sure you get exercise)Www@Answer-Health@Com

WANNA It seems like you live to eat is it!?!? you are in a very bad situation it seems like you have mo use to man kind but to eat because you live to eat & It sound like you are ingoyeing your self isn't it!?!?!?

well its clear from what your writing that your eating for emotional reasons, its not that you like food too much- your body will be telling you to stop, but your not hearing it (although if you are bulimic, your hunger signals will be screwed up and constantly on hungry mode so thats a little hard to work out right now)!.

You need to get help with the reaosns why you are eating- why you feel you cant stop and how you need to change, you will need support and professional advice!.

If you dont stop, something will stop you, and it wont be pleasent- trust me, bulimia, over eating and binge eating disorder have more side effects then your likely to be aware of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like you're addicted to food, maybe its not the food maybe you're having problems and you're depressed so u use food to cover it up i think u should get professional help before u become really unhealthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
