Sore throat neck and ears?!

I haven't gone to the doctor but my throat is sore my ears hurt, my neck is stiff and hurts and I keep getting headaches!. My husband is saying he feels the same way!. Do you know what's wrong with us!? I have been hearing of other people saying the same things but one person I talked to said the doc told her it was tonsillitis but I don't have tonsils or adenoids!. If you can help let me know!.
