Answers:
Sudden loss of blood pressure could cause you do faint, but I would still follow up with your PCP!. If your blood pressure drops there is generally a reason!. Hypoglycemia will also cause you to "black out"!. That is low blood sugar!. Did you get some pop or food directly as it happened and then suddenly feel better!? Also, you should always have a hydration pack of some sort when you intend to be in the sun!.

There are alot of chemical deficiencies that can cause a person to be dizzy and in some instances black out!. Take care of your body, you are only given one!Www@Answer-Health@Com

To answer the question, you were on the verge of losing consciousness!. Fainting IS loss of consciousness!. You fainted because of three things in my opinion!. First, in the heat!. Second, not enough hydration!. Third, blood pressure was low, which can cause you to faint all on it's own!. Your biggest concern of all these things is the blood pressure!. I'd make an appointment with your family MD to fill him in on the incident and get another check of your blood pressure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should stop being a little girl and man up!. Oh did someone brown nose you!? that would of been awsome!
