I'm going to go give blood with a few friends tomorrow!. I'm 18, female (don't think thatreallt matters though)!.
Anyway!.!.!.!.we are going at 12!.00 and i'm wondering if i'll beable to drink alcohol that night(about 8pm)!?
Are there any real risks of drinking after giving blood or would i just get drunk faster!?
How long should i wait before drinking!?
(I'm not an alcoholic or anything but just had a night out planned for a while)!.

I don't know about risks, but the last time I gave blood, I had a half glass of wine the same night (I gave blood at 8am), and in the morning I had a sufficient hangover to dissuade me from ever doing so again!. Personally, I would wait a few days!. You probably should forgo either the blood donation or the drinking on that particular day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
To tell you the trutth don't drink any alcoholic drinks before 12 hr (i would recommend 16 hr) the blood thing!. Because the aclcohol will go in the blood and might afect the person who gets your blood;!. Alsodon't eat anything for 12hr, it will help!. Don't worry about the blood cell will produce more of them(cell always produce more of them) so you will ahave affect for like 2 to 4 days then it will be all right!.
