I believe when having any kind of surgery, all jewelry must be taken off!. I had my tubes tied and I had to take out my ear-rings, which doesn't go hand in hand either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, no one should be touching the area around your belly ring!. It will be fine!. You will be given an injection or a mask placed over your mouth and nose to put you to sleep, your belly ring wont interfere with that :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
