Trouble eating?!


Question: Trouble eating!?
Okay so, I have had some trouble eating for the past few weeks, I dont really want to eat, and when I do get hungry, nothing looks appitizing to me!. I pretty much need to be forced to eat!. I dont believe I have any disorders, cuz I had a perfect appitite a month ago or so!. And cuz of this, I have low energy and sleep more than usual!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A decrease in appetite is quite common during, for example, a bout of influenza or other relatively short-term illnesses!. Appetite can also decrease in times of emotional upset, depression, boredom or anxiety!. Dealing with the problem invariably causes appetite to return to normal!.

When drastic weight loss reaches more than 10 pounds medical intervention is required!. Typically, dramatic weight loss is due to an inability to digest and absorb food properly, or, the intake of food is outstripped by the energy needs of the body!.

The Causes of Decreased Appetite Are:


Psychological issues (e!.g!. depression) or disorders (anorexia)

Amphetamines or some medications

Hypercalcemia (too much calcium)

Hypokalemia (too little potassium in the blood)

High alcohol intake

Viral hepatitis

Congestive heart failure

That happens to me i got nothing to eat!.nothing looks good!. but how i pick my food is that i picture all the food you eat and one by one taste the one you like!. like me i have to pick subway or taco bell !. i thought of the icy or the sandwich i find taco bell better you got to give yourself choices then you pick one you like most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
