Always feel dehydrated?!
Question: Always feel dehydrated!?
I drink around 2-3 liters of tap water a day but i always feel thirsty and dehydrated leaving my mouth dry!.
I didn't know if there could be a health problem behind this or maybe it's the water!.
It also happens if i drink milk and soda, the water in my area is hard so i don't know if that could be the cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
