Anyone have experience with boils?!

Question: Anyone have experience with boils!?
About six weeks ago, I developed a boil!.

Didnt think too much about it, but since then I have had two more!.

I hate doctors, but now that I have had three in six weeks, I am a little worried!.

They have not been too big, at least in comparison to ones I have seen online!. Not sure what to do or expect!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, check your temperature!. Most really bad, infectious boils will cause you to run a fever!. In this case, a doctor may be your only option before it gets worst!. They will numb the area so that you feel NO pain, drain it and give you antibiotics to help clear up the infection!. If you don't have a primary care doctor, you may consider going to the emergency room!. If you are a diabetic, see your doctor right away!. Do not try to treat the boil yourself!.

If there is no fever, I would suggest you soak the affected area in some warm water (as warm as you can stand it) for as often as you can!. This will usually cause it to burst and in most cases, if its not too deep, it will heal itself!. Most doctors will consider boils as a sign of great physical health!.!.!.!.so it's nothing to be really alarmed about!.

Hope this helps!. Good luck to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use a hot compress on it a couple times a day to help bring the infection to the top of the boil!. Keep the boil clean, and when it releases the pus make sure you clean the area well and cover it if you are going to be outside so dirt can't get into it!. You might want to put some neosporin on it also!. It should heal quite well!. However, if the boil does not heal or becomes infected, you'll know, it'll get red and really hurt and may keep some skin open) you need to call your doctor immediately and be checked for MRSA!. Don't panic, that rarely happens, but if it doesn't heal, then call your doctor!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went thru a time when I was in my late teens - I had about 5 really good sized boils!. They are really painful!. The also might be caused by a staph infection - which is curable - and is definately worth getting cured!. As much as you hate doctors - GO SEE ONE!.!.!.!.!.Some infections have a lot worse side effects than boils!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
