Question: Will bunion surgery change my shoe size!?
i have wide feet with a bunion and am considering getting surgery!. if i get it, will i no longer have to wear wide width shoes or will i have to go a size up to accomodate the new length of my foot!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had bunion surgery a couple years ago!. Very painful, with a long recoop time, but in the end it was WELL worth it!!!
Once all the swelling went down, my shoe size stayed the same as pre-surgery, but I was able to get a normal size instead of wide width!. It's been great!!! And, no more bunion pain after taking long walks!!!
How they do the surgery is quite interesting, but I won't go in to detail!. :)

I think it will matter in length of shoe your shoe will be shorter and therefore keep the same shoe size you have right now so you can have a nice room for your toesWww@Answer-Health@Com
