Yes they do!. It's not a myth!. There are a few reputable links otu there with info!. It's also mentioned in the Penn & Teller!. I'm rpetty sure it's true though I didn't believe it at first!. One of the reasons why infant circumcision is still going - it's a booming business!. Oprah has a face cream made from that and advertises it on her site!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
