Dependant on TV for sleep?!

Question: Dependant on TV for sleep!?
Ever since summer began I have been camping out on the couch!. I have found that I now need the TV going in order to get to sleep!. When its not on, I toss and turn and I need that light and background noise!. Sleeping on the couch for this is really not doing my back good, and I don't get very good sleep!. How, without sleeping pills, do I escape this strange dependence on a picture box to put my brain into a mediocre recharge mode!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
