If you stand too long in the one place then you will get varicose veins!. People who are waitresses or shop assistants or factory workers standing at a machine are prone to them!. So there is no point in standing just for the hell of it much better to walk around if you need exercise and sit down when you're tired!. Common sense as usual!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sitting is better for your back, if you sit right!
But, standing is a greater challenge to your circulation, and you can get moving faster!. If I had to choose between a job that involved sitting or standing, I would choose standing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, when your sitting you are not allowing as much blood flow through your body!. When you stand your usually moving around and you do burn calories!. Standing and eating will burn those calories and turn them into energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

standing strengthens your back and leg muscles

Though if it's going to be for long periods of time, standing stil isn't ideal either!. It may cause foot or other pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
