Answers:
In the days & hours (and minutes!) before your interview, practice visualization!. See yourself remaining calm while interacting with your interviewer!. See and feel yourself breathing evenly, calmly, and notice how easy it is to be confident and assured!.
If you play this repeatedly in your mind, your mind will attempt to make it so when the reality comes!.

The same happens to my mum, she is really shy when it comes to speaking to someone who may be judgeing them!.
It's common and it's just a reaction your body has when you are nervous!. For me its laughter, or shakeing!. You can't really stop it, just remember to keep yourself calm and it may reduce the redness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is usually caused by stress, although you think you are calm, when stressed your blood pressure rises!. Some good ideas are to reduce the amount of caffiene prior to your interview!. Also try rehearsing your answers before hand!. Practicing in front of a mirror helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is probably hives!.!.!.!.which many people will get when they are nervous!. There really isn't a way to stop it from happening, unless you can control your nerves all together (which is practically impossible)!. :) Wear a collared shirt that will hide your neck quite a bit!.!.!.!.or a necklace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's like blushing - take a few deep breaths and take it easy!. And you could consider wearing clothes that will disguise it!. I can assure you that the interview panel probably doesn't even notice - they are intent on taking notes and watching your face, not your neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hope this link helps explain the condition a little bit for you!. I am not sure how you would treat it, but I reckon your doctor could help you out by prescribing some sort of cooling moisturizer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just a reaction to the stress you're under, and far from unusual!. Don't worry about it too much, interviewers are used to nerves in candidates, sometimes it's a dry mouth, sometimes nervous giggles, all sorts of things happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its werid to know the interviwer actually gets nervous i allways thought it was just the person being interviewed!! lol try having a glass of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

There's not much you can do about it!. Wear a scarf!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
