My sister got lice and I need to find out the quickest way to get rid of it before I become infested too!. Help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have mayonnaise or any type of oil (olive oil, baby oil, etc!.) rub it on her hair and scalp thoroughly!. When you're done, get a plastic bag and place it over the top of her head just to where the hair is, not over her face! Make sure all the hair is inside the plastic bag!. If you need to, secure it with clips!. After 4 hours, take off the bag and wash the hair!. The oil and bag will suffocate the lice as well as hydrate her hair and make it smoother and softer!. This way is easier than going to the pharmacy and buying a lice comb and shampoo! Make sure not to use any of her combs/bed sheets/hats/hair accessories/etc!. until you disinfect them! Lice can live for quite a while in your house, so beware!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, you can get treatment shampoos from any store (RID is very popular)!. They also come with a nit comb to help get the unhatched eggs off the hair strands!. I would recommend you go ahead and treat yourself even if you do not find any in your hair!. And wash all bedding, etc!. in the hottest possible water you can to kill any that may be on those things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You have to get stuff from the drugstore,then you have to boil all combs and brushes thee wash bed linens and dry them in the dryer all this is to kill eggs!.
