Treat yourself to regular massage while you think of how healthy you are making yourself!. Try and imagine how beautiful life is or can be!. The beauty of nature!. When you have all these in mind take time to relax in a quiet location!. Some place beautiful or close to nature without distractons!. Take this time to stretch, breath and think how beautiful life is!. Think of all the great things in your life or all the great things you may have some day!. =) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doesn't necessarily help with enthusiasm exactly, but when i was at home and doing the hsc, i would find that i could really relax by listening to music from my discman (lol! Old school! I use my ipod now) with the headphones in and sat and played freecell or solitare for like 30 minutes!. Make sure you pick the music you are in the mood for, some times you want something really relaxing, like i love ildivo, its works a treat!. Othertimes you want something more dancy and up beat to get your pulse racing a bit!. But basically, i found it was an escape!. I was off in my own world, i could daydream if i wanted to, i had great music in my ears but i was cut off from the rest of the world!. It still works for me! You still have to go back to reality at the end, but its a really good way to go zen for a bit!Www@Answer-Health@Com
