Answers:
Most people don't realize how addicting caffine is!. If you're drinking enough of it, it can take some time before your body really starts to miss it!. Try going without it for a couple days and you'll really notice it!.

I can't really speak to the health problems other than when I quit drinking caffine for a few months my blood pressure dropped!. I had a lot less nervous energy (bouncing your legs all the time, pacing etc!.)!. I slept better at nights and eventually needed less sleep!.

The best thing of all though is my concentration levels went way up making my job, which requires some intense thinking at times, a lot easier!. I think it helped my memory some because I was able to focus better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't say you're addicted, but it is possible to be!. Caffeine leaches calcium from the bones and also can cause loss of several vitamins and minerals!. Caffeine can also be hard on your kidneys and dehydrate you which could lead to kidney stones! Not to mention it stains your teeth and give you nasty breath!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't be addicted to coffee!. It tastes good, you like it - you feel crummy if you dont have it!.

Too much caffein can cause hypertension (High blood pressure) and it will crash you after an energy boost!.

But feeling tired in the evening because of a caffein crash isn't withdrawal :PWww@Answer-Health@Com
