Is this normal before period??!

Question: Is this normal before period!?!?

Im a couple days late for my period!. Right before my period I usually always get diarrhea!. Today I had that and i was really sick to my stomach!. Like it felt like cramps plus a bit of a stomach gas and pain!. I had it all day!. My stomach just seems very upset and has been making wierd noises all day!. Is this normal right before you period!?!?

Yes i've gottom that a couple times before my period!. It sounds normal to me!.
Its either bad PMS or just something you ate that didnt agree with your stomach

Never heard of that, that you would get the runs!. Maybe it added to something you ate!.
From old neightbors who had young daughters who would lie on the floor in pain and cramps, they eventually discovered "pearls" by sunrider foods and I was told that stopped the cramps!. Go to goole search!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
