Can an adderall overdose induce death or a near death experience?!

my friend was on adderall but now wont go near the stuff!.!. shes really tiny and she was taking about 75mg/day because there was a mix up with her prescription!. one day she experienced what she thought was a heart attack!. her chest closed up, so she called 911 then slipped out of consciousness!. when she came too, about 8 hours later, she was in the ER and had no recollection of the ordeal!. however, i though adderall cannot kill you, so does that mean my friend had some underlying health issue!? Or was she just simply knocked out from the drugs!? I remember visiting her in the hospital before she woke up!. i dont know what was going on behind the scenes because the doctors wouldnt tell us anything but the whole ordeal was scary!. I take adderall, too, and ever since ive been worried about dying of an overdose!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
