How do you cure depressions without anti depressants?!


Question: How do you cure depressions without anti depressants!?
i feel such hatred towards the world!. every day theres new things to annoy me !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to be depressed too, and i never used anti depressants either!. i can not explain to you exactly how or why i got over my problems, but i did in time!. there were times when i really wanted to kill myself, and i wish i had talked to people about it more!. i know it can hurt, but you have to let your emotions out to someone, write them down too!. i think that in time everything does get just a little bit better, try to forget how you feel and just live in the moment, that's all i could really tell you!.

I know a lot of people shun the idea, but counseling can do wonders!. If nothing else, it can allow you to get those frustrations out instead of just seething inside over things that are annoying you!. A counselor may be able to help you find better ways to deal with that hatred and depression so you can funnel it into a healthy outlet!. Maybe even find an anger management specialist to help you deal with those feelings!.

Unfortunately sometimes medication is the only thing that can help when the depression is from a true chemical imbalance on the brain but if you want to avoid that route, you need to find some way to clear these feelings!. It may sound cheesy but can you try exercise!? Maybe some sort of self defense class or just working with a punching bag to let out some agression!? What about trying a journal or even a blog to try to get out some of your feelings and maybe figure out what is triggering it!? If you are into art, that can be a great outlet too!. But if you just keep those thoughts in your head all the time, its not healthy so try to find someone or some way to let that out and try to find a way to move past it!. Or are there specific situations causing your frustration!? Are there steps you can take to change that!? New job/new relationships/etc!? Just find someone to talk to because you shouldn't have to deal with it on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand how the world can annoy you, but the thing is, when it causes you too feel ,like your feeling, its too much!.!.!.!.If it is anger, there are ways to vent your anger and it's healthy!. Get a punching bag and beat the thing, till you feel no more anger!. There are always things ,that are going to upset you, with the world ,but it's not good to let it take a hold on your everyday living!.!.!.!.!.Another good thing, you can do, is get a journal and write about the things that bother you!. I know that this helps me!. Even if a person upsets you!.!.!.!. you can write about it and you don't have to send it, but you can vent it!. a lot of anger and irritation means there is probably too much heat in your system!. from drink, acid causing food, maybe a natural tendency!. highly recommend acupuncture to get body back in balance!. it has done wonders for my depression!!! it works on the mind but also on the bodily causes for depression and imbalances!. if you can afford it, its an amazing route to go down!. otherwise, you could try eft (look it up on the internet) really look into alternative routes, the process itself is so fascinating and you will begin to be able to see things in a new light!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Going running (even just a short run) or walking on your own is sometimes a good way to clear your head and forget problems!. Exercise releases endorphins that make you feel good and can often combat depression or feeling down!.
Take up a new sport maybe!.!.!.!?
I horse ride and it is very therapeutic and makes me happy!.
Sometimes it is nice to sit back and take a look at what you do have and realise how lucky you are : )
