Why does cream of wheat make me sick?!
Question: Why does cream of wheat make me sick!?
I have tried eating it twice, preparing it by boiling it in a saucepan with water!. After adding sugar, I think it's going to taste good, but I can never get down more than a mouthful!.

You may be allergic or it just may not sit on your stomach!. I went to the doctor b/c I kept throwing up stuff like oatmeal and grits and the doctor said it was just b/c it was not sitting in my stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That happens sometimes when you try to force yourself to eat something you dont really like but is good for you!. I had the same problem trying to down omega fish oil capsules!. No matter what I gag trying to take them and then get sick and up they come!. It is all mental!. Maybe you should try oatmeal that comes in the packets and is flavored!. I like those and they are really mild yet a good source of fiber!. As for me, I am just finding other ways to fight my inherited cholesterol problems!. It might be Celiac Disease!. The lining of the small intestine is damaged in response to ingestion of gluten and other proteins found in wheat, barley, rye, possibly oats, and their derivatives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
