What do they do in a physical?!

First off, the nurse will take your pulse, temp, and blood pressure just like at a regular doctor's visit!. When the doctor comes in, they'll listen to your heart and lungs and look in your ears, eyes, and throat!. They will have you lay down and they will press on your abdomen a few times!. The doctor may also feel your throat for swollen glands and check your reflexes!. It's also possible they will do a vision test!. Just the simple "cover one eye and read the chart" exam!. The rest will be a bunch of questions!. Be prepared to know your family history of common genetic problems such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer!.
