Answers:
To the extent that cutting out the gym reduces your body's energy needs, take care to cut back on your calorie intake or the excess calories may take up residence in your body as fat!.
I'm guessing you are working hard at the gym to build muscles!. But you're already planning on quitting!? Are you working too hard for you to enjoy it!? My suggestion is that instead of quitting, you maybe cut down (or even cut out) the strength training and shift to perhaps 3-times/week of cardio training at the gym!. You want some routine that doesn't leave you anxious to quit, but that gets your heart pumping and keeps your muscles in tone!. Keeping in shape is really a life-long commitment, not something to start with a resolution each New Years only to forget it in a couple of months!.
I hear tell the gym's get very busy in January and then things slack off every year!. Maybe better to make a St!.!. Patrick's Day resolution and stick with it year round!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
