Question: I need help to stop this and fast :(!?
Well I really don't know how to stop cutting myself, and if your going to answer by saying ah your dumb stop that don't answer!.
kk well heres my prob each time I fight with my boyfriend I get this thing that tells me to acutally cut myself usually because i'm really sad!.
If I don't stop now I know it's ganna ruin all my entire 10 months with him and I really love him :(!.
I need help or advice to stop cutting myself :(

They're right!. You need to talk to someone you trust and who knows you!.
They may end up being someone you can talk to about your problems when you feel the need to cut, or maybe they can get the help you need!.!.!. even if it means a counselor!. I've seen a very close friend of mine go through this!. We all had no idea until she rolled up her sleeves one day and someone caught a glimpse!. After seeing a counselor for a bit and hanging out with a new crowd of good people, she is doing much much better!.

just tell him ya'll need to take a break and find a pastor or a counciler to talk to and when your well then ya'll can get back together and if he's not a positive infuence you might need to break up with him also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
