Question: How can i stop bein fraid of bugs that fly!?
i afraid of bugs but mostly ones that fly like june bugs and moths i not afraid of butterflies and flys but i want to stop being afriad of june bugs is there anything i can do!? when i see one i just freak out i meen i am a 13 year old ,5ft10 i should not be scared of no little bug so what can i do to stop bein scared plz!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to expose yourself to them constantly and eventually the fear response will subside!. I still jump though when a moth flys right in front of my face!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get dressed and go outside at night and turn on a light!. All the bugs will swarm around you and you will notice that nothing bad is happening to you!. Or you can catch some june bugs and touch them and fell that they will not hurt you!.
The best thing when you have a fear of something is to do it over and over again until you get over it!.

You need to confront your fear of bugs head on!. You need to grab the next bug you see and eat it!. I once heard of a man who did this and gained the respect of his family and friends!. He was not afraid of bugs unlike some little kids I could name!. As a bonus you become the kid who eats bugs and the women, money and nintendo games follow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe it is something that happened with a june bug in your childood and you shoud just remember they are harmless and i have a fear of snake but i overcame it when my girlfriend saw one and i noticed she wasnt afraid and i just kinda went along and then later on i was not afraid anymoreWww@Answer-Health@Com
It is a normal reaction to "jump"(and sometimes yell) when you find a bug on yourself!. But as long as they are not on you!.!.!. just go (run) away from it!.
