Answers:
If you were diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia, your doctor would have been concerned, and likely started you on the OYC iron medication that is 325MG at least once a day, perhaps twice!. It can turn the stool dark, and can constipate if too much is taken!.

It may not be life threatening, but it is very unhealthy!. You need to be under a doctors care!. You DO need to stay on the iron rich foods, of course, but you really need to see your doctor!. Only lab work can tell if you are still anemic!.

If you "feel bad," you may have something else going on!. If your hemaglobin is less than 9, you may even need a transfusion!. You really, really need to see your doctor, and have lab work done!.

Don't play guessing games with your health, please!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most nutritious and easiest way for your body to assimilate iron will always be in the fresh whole food form so eat more foods rich in iron ie ~ lean red meats, lambs fry, organic unsulphured blackstrap molasses, oysters, egg yolks, oysters, beans, asparagus and oatmeal and organic nuts (organic to avoid the nasty sulfites and chemicals they use to "preserve" the commercial varieties that may upset sensitive bodies)!.

By eating lean red meats andother foods rich in iron you should notice a huge difference in your energy levels within a few hours?

Take a multi B complex supplement including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc!.!.!.!. as they work best together !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. iron needs vitamins B6, B12, calcium and vitamin D for effective assimilation !.!.!.!. without which no amount of iron you ingest will be of any use to you!.!.!.!.!.don't buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually but rather as a whole complex as they rely on each other for effective assimilation !.!.!.!. a liquid form of the B complex would be easiest to assimilate !.!.!.!.!.!. the B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning and will therefore help you to manage your stress levels on a daily basis!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. simply follow the instructions on the bottle!.

Eat more foods rich in calcium and vitamin D also ie ~ leafy and green vegies (calcium) and cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines (vitamin D)!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. vitamin D is known as the sunshine vitamin so get 10 minutes per day of safe sun exposure if you don't like fish?

Drink at least 2 - 3 litres per day of fresh filtered water too !.!.!.!.!.!. you'd be amazed at how being just a little dehydrated can affect your mood and energy levels!.

Cut right back on coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol too (if you drink any of these) as not only will they all dehydrate you terribly but they will also rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins!.

Other things that will rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins are :- eating too much protein, eating too much tinned food, laxatives and diuretics, antiobiotics, antidepressants, penicillin, prednisone and aspirin, otc cold and flu medicines

Please also ensure that whichever supplement you decide to buy doesn't contain any lactose, wheat, yeast, gluten, preservatives or flavorings, sugar or yeast as none of these have any place in a good quality supplement anyways!.

hope this helps a bit

good health 2 u

cheers
