Are you thinking of church bells and the case recently reported of the woman who objects to them going on for three hours at a time!? I like to hear the church bells ringing out on a Sunday calling the faithful to prayer, although I do not go to church myself!. 10 or 15 minutes is lovely, but three hours!?
