Question: How do I find doctors who are doing stem cell research in Canada!?

I'm trying to look into stem cell research because I was diagnosed with a serious illness that can't be cured - but might very well be cured by stem cells (a very rare case of advanced, non genetic emphysema - and I'm 25, and Canadian!.!. and would rather find someone in Canada but will go elsewhere if necessary)!.!.
