is it possible to be born without pores!? i swear theres a tiny section of my friends face that is contstantly pimpley, like the oil that is supposed to be secreted is being clogged in this one section!. She's always complaining about it and she swears she thinks she has some strange mutation or something!. so is it possible for one area of her face to have no pores!? no outlet for various oil secretions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

not likely!. What could explain it, is that the ductwork under the follicles are convoluted, scarred inside, or twisted, making them more easily clogged from the inside!. Pimple cream in that spot will keep the bacteria down, which is usually what causes the inflammation and the clog, I'd use a dab there several times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
