Why do I sweat so badly?!
Question: Why do I sweat so badly!?
It only happens at certain stores, I know it's a 80-90 degree day, but inside I just sweat bullets! I look around and don't see other people have sweat pouring off their face, like mine!. And, I get really nervous and feel like people are looking at me sweating to death! Why does this happen and what can i do to prevent it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is called hypohydrosis!. I have it too!. I sweat so much more than other people!. Dermatologists can prescribe you a prescription deodorant to help!. I've also read that now you can have botox injected into your sweat glands to help you not sweat so much (I don't think most insurance companies cover it though)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may have high blood pressure which makes you feel hotter than usual!. Or you may have intense Anxiety when you have sweaty palms or you sweat allover like me!. It can be a mental disorder impacting your physical wellness!. Another theory is that you may have too many toxins in the body and the way the body removes it is either through peeing or sweating(excretion)!. You should fast,(drink only water through a 1-3 day period without eating any fats or sugars) or do a Toxin Cleanse!. Or go to Therapy or do a at-home program for your Anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
me too! and it SUCKS!. im not overweight and I still sweat bullets on my face!. Its just genetic!. no way one can change it!. just make sure you have a nice cloth handy like i do!. Its not attractive to show your sweat all the time!. I feel your painnnnnWww@Answer-Health@Com
Bring a small towel!. Most people will not notice you sweating unless you are dripping real bad!. Just wipe off your sweat here and there!. I kind find it attractive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
