Lemon juice has a lot of acid in it (ascorbic acid) and your body is not acidic!. So any acid in an open wound does what acids do!.!.!.burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Citric acid in the lemon, which is weak acid and highly concentrated!. Why you would want lemon juice in a wound is beyond me, even if it wasn't an acid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lemon juice is a very powerful acid!. some fallen lemons on the cement on the side of my house once!.!.!.the acids ate the top of it!. !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
