The amount of tax paid on cigarettes vastly exceeds the cost of hospital treatment for those who succumb to heart and lug diseases!. There is an added bonus to the exchequer as smoking related diseases normally kill people at the end of their working lives, thereby saving many years of pension!.
I smoked 60 per day when I gave up in 1992 so a back dated payment would be rather useful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
