Question: So is it better to wake up early and take a mid day nap, or to wake up at a more moderate early!?
I need to train my body in order to wake up easier!.

I know it's good to get a full nights sleep, i'll try better on that, but which of the above would be better!?

I'm the kind of person who likes to stay up all night and sleep all morning, but I nesd to change this, since it's not working for me anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
