Answers:
"my asthma is albuterol"!.!.!.what do you mean exactly!? Albuterol is a steriod used in fast acting inhalers when you are in an emergency situation where you are experiencing an asthma attack or an "asthma episode"!.

The obvious advice would be to talk with your doctor!. If you truly have asthma like you believe you do, then your doctor will prescribe medicine to be taken daily to inhibit your asthma flare ups!.!.!.depending on your age, it could be something like advair!. I take two doses of advair per day, one in the morning and one in the evening!.!.!.this allows me to experience my day without the use of my albuterol inhaler!. Albuterol should not be used too often as it is a steriod!.

It sounds like you have exercise-induced asthma!. If you are young, hopefully this will phase out as you age!. I was diagnosed with asthma as a toddler and was both exercise and allergy-induced!. Now that I am older, the exercise has faded as an inducer, and now I just have to worry about allergies!. I take an allergy pill each morning to keep those symptoms at bay which in turn alleviates my use for my fast-acting inhaler as often!.

The best tool for reducing your asthma is by prevention rather than reaction!. Try to prevent your asthma episodes by finding out what your triggers are!. It sounds like exercise is your major one!. Pay attention to the time of day, the season, the current weather, etc!. All of these may play a factor in your asthma experiences!.

Also, I highly recommend talking with your doctor immediately!.

my son is an avid skateboarder, has been since he was 6 years old, he's 31 now and still skate, works out, runs on the beach!. He's had asthma since he was around 5 years old!. I can't say he would limit his activity, but it did hamper his ability, and 4 times before he was 11, put him in the hospital for 4 and 5 days, it turned into bronchitis, once it got really bad and we thought we were going to lose him!. It's a horrible frightening thing!. I "have" to say inhaler because it enabled him to go and do things he enjoyed, he kept it with him always and I didn't like the need he had for it but I understood the necessity of it!. When he'd get really bad we'd have to get oral meds and really bad he'd have to go for shot and pulmo treatment!. If your inhaler isn't working!.!.!.talk to your Dr!. You can't imagine the meds that have come on the market since my son was younger!.!.you have a much greater pool of resources, so at this point if you can't find one I can only think you're not willing to try them, do not give up!. We went through some very hard times and the worst were putting him on steroid treatments!. Go back to the Dr!. and try some of the new drugs!.!.one will work for you, you can't just throw your hands up, you have something that is not easily dealt with but your life is worth every "easy" breath you can take!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
