Answers:
If your medical record shows that you have had an inhailer in the last 5 years, then no you can't!. However, if your asthma is so little that you haven't needed an inhailer for years, then you should pass the medical!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I posted this site a few days ago and it's useful for the most frequently asked questions about joining the RAF!.

You can only join the ground crew if you have asthma, but only if you have been symptom free for four years!.

I'm sorry if this sounds unfair, but in each branch of the services, you can be called upon to fight if circumstances warrant it, you are considered a soldier, sailor or airman first, a tradesman/woman second!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't say for sure but I would assume it would be down to what job you want to do in the RAF and if you pass the medical!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I got inRAF with being deaf in one earWww@Answer-Health@Com
