Question: Wut can i do about irritated nipples!?
well, today i went swimming in a chlorinated pool!. i had a t-shirt on and for some odd reason i got out with painfully irritated nipples!. the last time this happened was when i swm in a lake on an inner tube for a few hours!. why are they irritating like this!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

your skin is dry and then your nipples get hard in the cold water!. The hardness dries them out more!. Use a high lanolin or hemp oil lotion to moisturize them and the irritation will go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I did this once!. went surfing for a whole day without a rash guard and half of my left nipple is like shaven off!. Its really gross and was really painfully!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
