believe it or not cheese can help!. also try some herbal
teas!. The best thing to make sure you get to sleep is have
a routine!. Like 20 minutes before you are to go to bed turn the lights down, have a warm bath, drink some hot beverage!.
If you do this regularly your body recognizes the routine and
knows it is time to sleep!. This is similiar to what parents do to small children to get them into a regular sleep pattern, bath, snack, story lights out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, dont overeat in the evening!. Dont eat too late in the evening!. Eat at 6pm or 7pm but not later!. Watch the TV!. Or read your favorite book!. Relax!. Drink warm milk or green tea just before hitting the bed!. Never coffee!. All these will help you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi if u r having hard time to sleep there must be some other reasons behind it any other health problem at all!? then we well go from there there is some good stuff to try and u well see the diffrance i had that problem for about three years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
