i have a lot of tension in my body and don't know how to relieve it!? I want it gone permanently, thank you!!!!

That's a tough ask!.

First you need to establish the source of the tension!.

Yes it may be that something is on your mind but that isn't the source, you need to analyse what is driving the emotions that are giving you the 'anxiety' if I could put it that way!.

I am not sure that you could really deal with that on answers!.
You need to talk to your mum/dad/sisters if you have them!.

If not who is the responsible adult in your life you can talk to, a teacher at school perhaps!.

When you feel the tension coming on, sit down and concentrate on relaxing all muscles in your body, from your toes to your head!. After you get used to this, try to incorporate that relaxed state of mind into all of your daily activities - this will help relieve stress/anxiety (the likely cause of the tension)!.

I don't know why you said not to suggest exercise as an option!. It works, plain and simple!. Just find something that you like to do and use it to "burn off" excess adrenaline!.

I suffer from anxiety/panic, so I know that sometimes this just isn't enough, though!. If you find that you can't beat it on your own, get professional help!. That will DEFINITELY work!. (At least it has for me!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Meditation or mindfulness (it doesn't have to be you sitting crossed-legged for hours) would help a lot!. There are guided meditation CDs and mp3s for pretty cheap!. Guided hypnosis can also work wonders!.

Of course, exercise and weight lifting would help!. And of course the obvious answer: massage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
