Is iron-depletion something to worry about. My iron level is 9, should I be conc!

Question: Is iron-depletion something to worry about!. My iron level is 9, should I be concerned!?
Answers:
I have anemia and it can be detrimental to females because we lose iron when we menstrate, so if you were depleted prior to menstration then menstration will really take it's toll on you!. You will notice dizziness when you get up to quickly, your workouts will tax you before you even get anywhere!. The best way to naturally replenish is to eat red meat-the best one is roast beef so get a rb sandwhich or hoagie once a week, also be sure to take your vitamins!. If you take birth control make sure you take that last week that everyone refers to as "placebo" it is actually iron pills to help replenish while you menstrate!. Be careful though because letting it go can lead to passing out and hurting yourself or others (if driving)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know what you mean by iron level; is it serum iron !?!?!?
If it is your Hb (hemoglobin) level, yes it is surely alarming!.
Normal Hb levels-
Men- 13 to 16 g %
Women- 12 to 15 g %
Hb of 9 indicates moderate anemia!.
Normal serum ion level- 60-170 mcg %

See a family physician who can identify the cause of anemia and treat it accordingly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
