boards which you can use to file it down!. But you can also soak your feet for about 10 to 15 minutes and then make a paste of something like salt or sugar and use that as a scrub!.
Wash it off and use a cream to moisture your feet!. You can
even use hand lotion!. Do the foot soaking thing once a week but cream your feet in the morning and the evening!. If you want even better results put cream on them and then socks before you go to bed at night and that keeps the cream off the sheets and really gives it a chance to soak it!. Go get a pdeicure!. I know its not a man thing, but it sounds like you need one!. More guys go than you think!. If you're still uncomfortable with it, try buying a pumece stone !. Soak your feet and work the stone around the hard skin!. This will help, but a pedicure will be better!.Plus it will help you from developing any foot fungus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Let them soak in the shower/bath while you wash the rest of yourself!. After they absorb water, pumice them!. Dr!. Scholl's makes the best pumice!. It looks like a like a big blue and white spoon!. The white (non-handle) end is coated in glued-on sand!. (Think 2-grit sandpaper!)
