It's a safe enough 'procedure' that, as long as the jeweler is clean and uses sterile practices, you are good to go!.

A jewelry store because the doctor will tell you that it is a bad thing because it could get infected and a whole bunch of other crap but at the jewelry store they won't argue with you and just do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
